    Yes, its a steam game. No, i not running this game as administrator. Yes i using latest patch. LCPDFR,vdh policehelper,traffic flow and ELS My computer specs are : -Intel Pentium G2120 -Sapphire Radeon HD 7790 -Kingston Hyperx 4gb ram
