  1. This is of course a great question. I downloaded two files. FIRSTRESPONSE090F2.zip Where the main install package is located.. & FIRSTRESPONSE090F5.zip Which is your hotfix. I used the auto install F2 then I replaced the two files in the "F5" package with the older files from the install package. The FirstResponse.net.dll file in my "F5" package is (464,896 bytes) and that is what is showing in the GTA IV folder.
  2. Thanks so much for the help guys but it seems the fates would not have me play this mod. I took your advice on the update. I installed 1.0.7.0 clean with no mods. I am only half done the missions (yes i waited years till my pc could play this game with max settings) but I thought your mod would add an extra dimension to accompany rockstars missions. High praise because I usually don't like modding till after my game is over. Your mod just fit with the game world too well not to use. I installed the automatic F2 install.Loaded GTA and got an error in error in FirstResponse main start. I tried the h5 hotfix and got the same exact error again. I got all check marks from the diag screen. Here is more information on errors from the log : 2010-12-07 09:37:52 - STARTING SCRIPTS... 2010-12-07 09:37:52 - Error during GetPhoneNumber (Phone checks will be disabled): System.Exception: Accessing Globals failed! Invalid Memory Address! at unmanaged.MemoryAccess.GetGlobalAddress(Int32 index) at unmanaged.MemoryAccess.GetPhoneNumber() at GTA.NetHook.CheckPhone() & 2010-12-07 09:38:04 - Error during Tick in script 'FirstResponse.Main.Start': System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at AdvancedHookManaged.AGame.PrintText(String text) at FirstResponse.LCPD.Functions.DisplayMessage(String type, String message, Int32 duration, Boolean beep) at FirstResponse.LCPD.Start.GoOnDuty() at FirstResponse.Main.Start.GoOnDutyFunction() at GTA.Script.ProcessBoundKey(Keys Key) at GTA.Script.ProcessEvents() at GTA.Script.DoTick() at GTA.ScriptThread.OnTick() 2010-12-07 09:38:04 - Error in Thread.Abort: System.Threading.ThreadAbortException: Thread was being aborted. at System.Threading.Thread.AbortInternal() at System.Threading.Thread.Abort() at GTA.NetThread.Abort() 2010-12-07 09:38:39 - Direct3D device lost! 2010-12-07 09:38:39 - SCRIPTS TERMINATED!
  3. Oh I just checked advancedhook and it seems to not be compatible with 1.0.4.0. This is a shame since many modders such as me love the ENB mod which itself is incompatible with 1.0.7.0. What is the latest working version on 1.0.4.0 ?
  4. I'm new to LCPDR , it's seems like a brilliant mod with a really great community around it as well. im running latest LCPDR on 1.0.4.0 with the advancedhook hotfix recently released. Xliveless 0.79b Scripthook.dll from your package with the older 1.0.4.0 compatible scripthook.dll Filecheckfix.asi The problem is I get no calls about crimes in the area. I can pull people over, I can get on the on board computer that seems to be it. Instead I get flashing Y's and P's on my screen with no message ! When I do get a [Radio Call] I press Y but nothing happens. I check my map and see nothing. I played for an hour without really getting any request for missions. Help ! I really really want to try this amazing mod. Thanks !
