Aloha Yet again I am having trouble with bring in character models into the game. Using OpenIV I tried to import a a model over a Dtandard model ( one of the fib dudes I think). Every time I try to use them the game crashes. So my questions, what and were do I put in the model files( eg. My_cop_traffic.wdd) and how do I know if it is going to work? Does anyone have the original files because I am an idiot and forgot to, also should I just re install the game and try again? Any advice appreciated, and any links to tutorials on this O Thanks

Hello I' am having a bit of trouble with the police model skins and weapons Using OpenIV I installed some random police skins. In OpenIV i replaced all of the files for one cop, eg. .wtd, .wtf etc. But when I launch the game and go to pick that model i modded, my game crashes. and i have to restart the game Need help also with modded weapons (M4). I installed them using OpenIV and they went in to the game alright, but when i get near a AI that has one equipped big black lines go in al different directions? I launched TLAD ( because i play on TBOGT EFLC ) and then relaunched TBOGT, it was fixed but 5 minutes later the M4 disappeared. Any help would be greatly appreciated Justoundercover

Hey Everyone, I am having trouble, putting skins into the game of police officers. when i put them into OpenIV i put in the files to replace the old matching ones. When i started the game and went to the charcter selection for LCPDFR, my game grashed and said there was an error with a lot of numbers and letters, and that i had to re-boot my computer, beacuse i was out of video memory. Will re-booting my computer work or is there something else i have to do? Thanks Justoundercover

So I will get the normal gta cars and eflc cars in the one thing? Also do I just save and rebuild for it to be in the game?

Hello I am again having problems with my crappy computer, i am not having any problems on duty, or any crashing. I am however having problems with the understanding of why Spark IV will not work, I have EFLC and i have tried to use Spark IV for EFLC and for GTA 4 but when i put it into the EFLC Spark IV it won't load in and take all the cars out of the game. And also when i edit the cars into it i still can't use them because i only get the EFLC cars in EFLC Spark IV. SO then i tried to use GTA IV Spark IV, i downloaded it properly, but when i open it as an administrator, it comes up with " Spark IV has stopped working". I've got Windows Vista if that helps :) I don't get it and really wanna get other cars into the game. Regards justoundercover

Hey I'm having trouble installing a CVPI into the game. I have everything required and did correctly as to a video i saw. The problem Is when I installed the car in SparkIV EFLC and ran the game there were no cars? Should I install traffic flow v5? I've gotten so close and this annoys me!!

Yeah i don't think ill bother trying to get a car into EFlc LCPDFr to much of a worry of something going wrong, and the cars already on there are just fine, it just would have been cool :(

Hey Thanks im gonna uninstall EFLC and then re install it as i think it may have been a visual settings error, i love rush but unforunatly it finished, but now i watch it on ONE HD :))))

yeah so i removed that and thought stuff it dont really need it so i installed ELS though, and now GTA EFLC wont even work now GRRRR i get onto the main option to choos TLAD or TBoBT and when i select one i click start then it goes onto a black screen and stays there, please help.

Spark IV wont' work now ): FML I downloaded it, Extracted it and ran it as an administrator It comes up with " Spark IV has stopped working" ??

So do I use the sparks iv EFLC if I am on EFLC

Harper I tried that this morning after going into the GTA EFLC folder and clicking it. i am happy to say that it worked perfectly fine :) After about 2 hours of play thought a message came up saying "error in script blah blah blah". I am installing the 0.95 RC-1 version now :)

Hello everyone I have just downloaded the LCPDFR v0.91 I followed everything that Harper said to do in his video tutorial. But still EFLC will say 'EFLC has stopped working' when i click EFLC to run the game. I also cannot get 'Run as a Administrator'. I would have tried that if i could but i don't. I Have everything in the right folders and i really would like to get this to work, i bought the game just to do this and it is fustrating that i cannot get it to work :( I have tried to remove the trainer and see if that would fi it or not, but it didn't and i am at a loose end of what to do now. I think that it maybe that i have all the neccasary folders and programs in the wrong place. This is what i do to get the to the place where i have put all the stuff to do with the mod below. Start > Computer > OS (C:) > Program Files > Rockstar Games > ELFC Also when i had the game and had not installed LCPDFR i still couldn't get onto normal GTA 4, i have 'The Complete Edition'. On the menu it just shows two options for TLAD or TBOGT. I am very new to all this stuff, and only 15 so i am not very good with all this computer wizz stuff, so if possible could you please post in very simple terms. This is also the fisrt post i have posted so i am very sorry if i have left something out/ got something wrong. Below is my Diagnostic Report Any help will be greatly appreciated
