    Yes sirr it is. Could this cause any problems?
    Just tried it without, still won't load the dll.

    *Facepalm* I've removed the spaces between "LCPD First Response.dll" then it WORKED!
     
    Wonder why no one else is getting this problem but thanks for looking into my issue guys.
