    when I go to download the file it says .exe but when I install the files it says .ipb file.

    i just factory rest my PC and am reinstalling all my mods. I am trying to download lcpdfr 0.95 but it gives me a .ipb file. I have WinRAR but it wont open the file please help. I tried installing 1.0b but none of the keys work.
