  1. Downloading LCPDFR 1.0 error

    OfficerPBJ posted a topic in GTA IV & LCPDFR Support
    After I download the manual zip and it also happened when i tried the automatic, as soon is I attempt to open the file on WinZip, it says that it cant open the file because it doesnt appear to be a proper archive, how do i fix this? This is for LCPDFR v1.0
