  1. After playing and recording the LCPD First Response 1.0 mod for GTA IV, my experience so far with this mod has and is always great but yet again there are some issues. Advantages of LCPDFR v.1.0 ; Disadvantages of LCPDFR v.0.95: This mod is one of the greatest mods I've seen yet, and one of the most intricate police mods I've ever played. Having map mods installed for GTA IV still keeps the script stable just like the v.0.95 but this one is much better. As a call-out for the maps mods that you've installed, they give you pursuits but going back to the v.0.95 made it very unrealistic. The reasoning behind this is because in the v.0.95, they gave you "two-twinned" suspects in either a Faction or a Merit most of time which was very funny but then again... it was not intricate. Now talking about LCPDFR 1.0, the creator has made marvelous changes from what they made in v.0.95. Basically, whilst having a map mod installed for GTA IV and having LCPDFR 1.0 on and ready to go and going on duty, they've changed the pursuits by randomizing the peds and the cars which is very interesting. To be quite honest, muggings haven't really made a change in between the two versions of LCPDFR but what really improved was the call-out rate for that call-out itself which made me happier. The reasoning behind this is because in the v.0.95, I'm pretty sure most of us had a problem when it came to our unfriendly phrase "Disregard, incident is code 4". Moving on, we've now come across the main conclusion of the v.0.95 and the v.1.0 which is the car selections. Now in the v.0.95, I'm pretty sure most of us here must have had a problem with the "polpatriot" or the police SUV. In the v.0.95 for me, there was texture loss issues when trying to load some modded vehicles replaced with "polpatriot". In the v.1.0, there's now no more problems with the texture loss. That's all for the advantages of 1.0 and disadvantages of v.0.95. Disadvantages of LCPDFR v.1.0 ; Advantages of v.0.95 After recording LCPDFR v.1.0 for almost two months for more (still continuing), there has been quite some issues when it came to my recording and the mod itself. After the creator has read this entire paragraph, I hope he immediately fixes it. The thing is... is that the dispatch and radio has been very annoying, not just that but there has been some traffic issues and maybe some other stuff. Getting on with the radio, I really hate how he interrupts my intro, and this goes along with the pursuits. Recently last night, I was just wanting to record a video which was done after trying 68 times (saw clip # on desktop) and basically this was caused by the dispatch's talking. Every second when playing the game, him and the other people on the radio would make these annoying gibberish sounds. The thing that I ask for is when a pursuit is occurring, please take off the dispatch's verbal speeches and just put the annotations on the top-right corner just like when giving call-outs except for the speeches. Secondly, I ask that they take off the gibberish talking that him and his other fellows are doing, well just make the rate longer. These disadvantages to 1.0 are opposite of what v.0.95 was, basically if I were to write advantages about the v.0.95 mod like I am right now, this paragraph would've been stable by taking out the "opposite" words of yes. Conclusion: In my conclusion, it's very hard to say but I feel like 1.0's experiences have been better than v.0.95. 1.0 is worth it if you haven't installed it yet but just be cautious and alert about the dispatch's talking. Other than that, my hopes are that we can get another update, praying from day to night 24/7. Thank you :)
  2. Tried that, but I got it fixed. Oh... I see now. Thanks man! So more the area that had gang members, the higher the pursuits appear to turn out? Thank you very much, I have solved my issue.
  3. Dear Creators of LCPDFR, I am hating the amounts of pursuits coming in like 30 seconds, same with the call outs. The dispatch is way too loud when it comes in and it's very abrupting. Can I turn off pursuits in any way? -Serious Help, AJ
  4. Dear Sam, G17Media, NickieB (Might've worded wrong), C13 and other staff members, After recording the first episode just a few minutes ago, I really enjoyed it. That's why I am here to thank you all once again for taking your time into this mod, the Christmas video special =) and last but not least, the mod itself. I have no problems but it would be wonderful if anyone of you staff members can put a "CONTROLS" topic for the 1.0 version of the LCPD:FR Series? I know almost everything except for the little Quick Action Menu thingy. I've looked through some forums and couldn't find any, especially the PDF files in the compliation WinRar Installer from MEGA.co something. Please once again, control manual would help a lot =) --- God bless all of you for coming out with this mod! Oh man my life is just this!!! -xViTaLzx1 - Officer AJ - www.youtube.com/xvitalzx1 for contacting
