    Hi, I was just wondering if anyone could help me, I use the HARD DISK copy of GTA IV, LCPDFR downloads and installs properly however when I go to play, the game wont start up. All suggestions are welcome! Also if anyone can tell me a good program to use in order to open .RaR files. Thanks
