Based off Medina PD in Washington. I think it's better, but idk. Also lowered the challenger, still floats like an inch of the ground, not really noticeable. Here's the lighting so far:
FS Valor, FS Viper, FS Micropulses, FS Latitude w/ TA, FS Impaxxs, and Hideaways in the foglights. Only 48k polys ;)
