  1. Ohh my bad i guess, because when I watch COPS or some other show I thought they usually search the guy further if he's on parole
  2. I think when you check the ID of a ped there should something that says on parole or not. I never really search the trunk of any vehicles or frisk suspects, so I think if someone just ran a green and has no warrants or anything, now if they are on parole we can search them and the vehicle instead of just giving them a warning or a citation.

Hey guys, these are my Alaska State Troopers that I retextured from F5544's Improved State Troopers. Since there are like 3 uniforms on lcpdfr I thought I would contribute. I will continue to improve these as people give me constructive criticism. Installation: Open OPENIV, go to models/cdimages/componentpeds Click edit and extract files from rar. Do the same for pedprops Video:
  3. I kinda fixed it, I had to look for a smaller png to use and it kept its sharpness better. Thanks for the help guys
  4. Alright, thanks for the help
  5. Thanks, I'm getting closer but I should I leave the badge or take it off
  6. Hey guys, I'm making some Alaska State Trooper skins and I need help with the badge. Since the ped model isn't flat its makes the badge blurry and all weird. Is there anyway to fix this or am I better off without the badge?
  7. Uhh, I love you... no homo, anyway I followed the video and got it to work. Thanks Empire
  8. The quality is a lot better now, but my videos are not fullscreen it this:
  9. Yes I usually upload movie in high definition preset
  10. Hey guys, I've been trying to upgrade my video quality but I don't seem to know how. I think windows movie maker is ruining the quality but I can't seem to get sony vegas to render fullscreen, so I probably need to keep on using movie maker. These are my settings on bandicam: Video: Xvid(VBR) Full size 60 fps 100q Audio: MPEG-1 L2 48.0KHz, stereo, 192kbps Is there a different codec I could use that won't make my game choppy because I think I tried rgb34 or something and my game was freezing a lot in the playback
  11. I use this one: http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/spotlight--flashlight-updated-f25764 Its just a simple script so u don't have to change anything in openiv. MAke sure to change the toggle button because it may interfere with els controls
  12. Yea people go crazy and start shooting whenever I tase (taze?) a suspect.
  13. I died getting rammed into the back of a police car by a normal driver at a gas station while getting health and ammo
  14. I know, it was kinda sad seeing lizzie get worst and worst throughout the episode.
  15. I think I got it. This time I didn't merge the z3d with lcd screen just the panasonic toughpad png and I didn't get that weird thing when I imported it. Thanks chevyboy
  16. I did all of that and it still has that weird cross thing, which I realized is just smaller pngs of it
  17. lol, alright so what do I leave unchecked?
  18. Does it matter if some things are checked off in the boxes when I import or export?
  19. I think I did that, then I exported it to wtf and when I imported it, it had a cross through it
  20. Hey guys, I've been trying to get used zmodeler and I kinda hit a roadblock when I was trying to put a panasonic toughpad into a tahoe-'?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Its in z3d format and come with 2 png files and I can't figure out how to make usable.
