    It is indeed. Me myself, I use all kinds of mods E.G. Tow truck service, Coroners, ALPR script, ELS v7, police helper etc...
     
    So, it can work, but what I've done is not downloaded any ENB since it seems to make my PC crazy, and it's a good gaming PC. 
     
    And while we're at it, don't forget to download CVPI's and fill your game with that beauty
     
     
    Edit: Wish you best of luck, and download as many mods as you want. Just make sure you have a back up of the GTA IV folder, just in case... *Before you start downloading mods*

    Welcome to the forums, glad to have you. Look through this thread ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>) and I guarantee you will find something that will skrike your fancy. Also, modding without having errors is tricky. Rule of the thumb; Use lightweight mods, or no mods at all. GTA IV is very unstable and prone to crashes, even without mods.
