Sort of.. now my question is how to put the lights on the car like say I wanted a lightbar on a crown vic and 2 flashing lights on the back. How would I mod that?

Thanks ALOT, but you still havent answered my last question which was, how do I change the light pattern by myself? (not the key but the actual pattern itself such as C-01)

Ok, so I am new to this entire LCPDFR thing. So, once I install LCPDFR, do I need to install cars too or are there default cars? Also, to have lights and sirens, do I need ELS installed? And finally, how would I mod the lights so they can go in a pattern I choose? Thanks...
