How did buggs get his lights that bright in this video. I know that tweaking the visualsettings.dat file can make them brighter, but it never seems to do the trick for me, and I'm using the same Game4video ENB. Anybody know??, thanks for the support http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WDq2Hznj9e4

So my problem is I'm trying to change the color of the secondary lights to yellow. The police bike has two emergency texture files and I don't know which one to use. The default secondaries are red and i would like them to be yellow. Can somebody with experience help me. Pictures should be below.
