I bought the siren and recorded these tones myself. 
 
I haven't used this website since 2020 or 2021, I'm uploading this because someone is SELLING these siren tones in garbage quality on another website. I think it's absurd and everyone deserves high quality tones.
 
My GTA has been broken for a while, so these are just the raw .wav files, you will have to choose which tones you would like to add and drop them in your oac folder.
 
You may need to increase the volume of these tones in audacity, as I have not tested the volume in GTA because I don't play the game anymore.
 
I have a lot of other sirens, and may upload more tones in the future.
 
Please don't comment asking " HOW DO I GET THIS IN GAME? " I won't help you, please ask someone else.
 
Feel free to use these wherever you want for whatever other games you want, just credit me, "hameed"

I made these peds a couple of years ago and I always intended to release it, but I never got around to it. Now I've done it.
 
Some of the peds may have some spawning issues where there is a missing torso, they are meant to be used with the external vests. There are also some clipping issues with some components but I'm so crap at using 3DS Max that it's the best I could do.
 
I recommend using a trainer to modify the uniform you're wearing, rather than the built in LCPDFR configurator

A mod the changes all police cars (including Noose cars) to updated newer ones with a livery made by me inspired by Defender pack by Bozza
The mod includes police3 & police4 which exist normally in TBoGT but do not spawn in traffic or chases (have to be spawned by a trainer)

I present a SoundOff Signal nERGY siren, its probably the highest quality i can get it to at this moment due to file limitations.

This is the Astro Spectra siren. I recorded it using my own siren and honestly it came out better than I expected. This is the highest quality recording of this specific siren so far on this website. Hope you guys enjoy. (Also yes this is one of my first posts and my first mod on this website. I hope I can become apart of the community.)
This siren was specifically recorded for ELS. If you can you can try using it for FiveM. 
If you're going to use other siren packs I recommend lowering the project hertz of them via Audacity. As combining this with other siren packs can cause the vehicles.awc file to go over the memory limit.

This new hat gives more realism for people like myself who use EUP. The LAPD hat replaces both LSPD hats and the CHP hat replaces a BCSO cowboy hat male and female.

This mod changes the weapon icons of the Pistol, Combat pistol, Carbine rifle, Pump shotgun, Stun gun and Nightstick.
Several preset .png files are provided with instructions on how to install, with options for what shotgun or rifle to use, and if you want the taser or baton icon.
Individual icon files are also included if you know what you're doing and only want one icon or want to merge stuff.
Instructions for installing and uninstalling presets are included in the readme file.

These icons are meant to be used with weapon mods which look similar to them, but do what you wish really.
I recommend Metroidguy's Payday 2 Glock, Beretta, Remington M870 pack, and M16A2 Carbine. As well as BufordT's X26 taser and DDoppler's ASP baton if you're into unlore brit stuff.
