seems all ok! the version of the game is original, don't cracked! can you link me the latest version of asi loader, scripthook ecc files? please... i'm using this scripts: -vdh helper -vdh medical examiner -vdh k9 -vdh towing service -lcpdfr (0,95 r) -braveheart script -policing tools script -indicator script -speedoiv script -alpr script -pss script (speed reader) -real reload script -mega native trainer -traffic flow script -vehicle search script -less overtake script -mechanic mod script i have some modded guns, two helicopters, 10/12 cars, alderney retextured house, retextured police station... you sayed that: Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder i have both files in my folder, i have to delete one ot this?! the version of my gta is patched to 1.7! now the game even don't run!!!! i click on "launch gta iv" ...appears the cd icon....and nothing appens!! ...i go to play battlefield... -_-

does'nt work...same error!! i tried to reinstall lcpdfr, but nothing to do..10 minutes game, and it crashes.. i've tried to cancel lcpdfr, policing tools, and breveheart script..and it worked fine! i've played for 20/30 minutes, driving by city, shooting people..classic gta life.. :D ..no problems! than the problem are those scripts! but why? yesterday i haven't this problem, and i played lcpfr for weeks.. G17 Diagnostics say me that i haven't an ASI loader..... in my gta folder i have "dsound.dll" and "scripthook.dll" (0.5.1.0)

i solved the problem...in part. i changed the graphic setting before i load my savegame..than lcpdfr and vdh detect the right resolution. in the other times, i've changed setting after loading my game..than, lcpdfr and vdh perceived past resolution setting! thank you so much for your help!!

ok! but i have the same problem with vdh police helper! when i start the game with that commandline, i have a bad resolution, like 800x600..but in my graphic settings (in gtaiv) result 1400x..... if i tune up the shadow quality texture, my resolution go normal! but l mean that lcpdfr and vdhph detect the past resolution... sorry for my bad language... :D

no! to have more realistic graphic i'm using "gtaIV visualV" But i have this problem only if i use that commandline..i need that for my modded cars!

(sorry for my bad english, but i'm italian) For some reason, i mean it was caused by too much modded cars, i had graphic problems, like missin texture! i'm using this commandline: -norestrictions -nomemrestrict -percentvidmem 100 -memrestrict 681574400 -memrestrict 629145600 -noprecache -novblank -norestrictions -nomemrestrict -frameLimit 0 -width 1366 -height 768 -texturequality 2 -renderquality 4 -shadowdensity 1 -viewdistance 29 -detailquality 29 -percentvidmem 100 -availablevidmem 27.0 this, solved my probem and all works fine!! But now, i have another problem..with this commandline i have bad graphic resolution, but i can tun up shadow textures and it return to normal resolution and it's good! but when i get a police car, and i turn on the police computer, it appears with a small resolution on the left corner of my monitor and not full screen as usually. i can't click buttons that i see (on the small res.) , but where normaly are stayng. (on the full screen) same problem with vdh police helper, it appear on the left side of my monitor, but it is unusable because normaly it appears on the right low corner. if i don't change the shadow textures, and the game resolution is low, the problems i described you don't exist!
