  1. I have tried without the callouts+ mod and there is no error in the loader. Unfortunately after a period of time, there is a pop up saying lcpdfr has encountered an error check log for details. This occurs every 20 minutes or so. Anyone know why? Added in original post. I've also checked the webpage of the mod. It says it is lcpdfr 1.0d compatible. So I'm beginning to doubt that is the problem. Any other ideas? Mod webpage: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  2. I've downloaded v0.6 of this mod: After I try to repair a broken down vehicle from a callout, I get an error saying that there is an error in the lcpdfr loader. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've attached logs below. Please let me know if they're bugged or the incorrect files. Thanks! I'm thinking this is probably an error in the plugin, but I can't be sure.
  3. Oh nevermind problem solved. It turns out the process was being used in a different location. Restarting my computer seems to solve the issue.
  4. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> I was trying to download that mod. I can edit things in other files but componentpeds.img is the only file I cannot edit. Does anyone know how to fix this?
  5. Whenever I try to import textures to componentpeds.img openiv gives me an error that says "unable to add files." How do I fix this?
  6. Is it just me, or I drive better drinking coffee?
  7. You could always try this mod
  8. I say GTA IV just cuz I don't have GTA V lol. Gta V has a large map including the countryside. You also have the ability to buy houses and rob stores. It's fun being wanted though... MOST of the time. In GTA V, you get to swim up down left and right. In Gta IV it's just left or right. But overall... even though GTA V has a lot more "realistic" attributes GTA IV wins. The story just craps out GTA V. I've been keeping up with some youtube videos on the story for GTA V. Here's a better question. If GTA V came out for PC, would you get it?
  9. I would try removing one of the two callout mods
  10. Old ones...? Also, are you trying to ask for something or just putting it out there that the update isn't as good? If you're talking about ELS... just download an older version.
  11. Try the manual installer, make sure you have all the required files, and read the guide provided in the download. It solves most of the common issues
  12. Use the manual installer and replace everything
  13. Try this: 1. Uninstall gta IV completely 2. Install and play gta iv with no mods until you complete the third mission 3. Install lcpdfr using the manual installer Make your own support requests.
  14. Logs are checked through the diagnostic tool found in the LCPDFR folder
  15. You need to listen. 1. Saving a game in singleplayer requires you to go to your safehouse and sleep 2. To completely disable LIVE, use xlive.dll provided by LCPDFR manunal installation. You ask, "Why do I need to do this?" Because I don't know what issue you are having about saving a game in SINGLEPLAYER. THERE IS NO NEED TO SAVE IN MULTIPLAYER. 3. Yes there are 4 files in the download, you need to RUN THE UPDATETITLE 4. You don't have the asi in your gta directory BECAUSE IT IS IN THE LCPDFR MANUAL INSTALLATION download.
  16. I never heard of this issue before. Do you have any other mods installed? Try removing everything except for LCPDFR. If that doesn't work I suggest you reinstall the game
  17. Since your specs only go up to the minimum, your last option is to turn down the graphics and hope for the best, or get better gear.
  18. You run the exe and you go to your bed to save the game... Did you use the asi loader I told you to use called "xlive.dll" to get rid of LIVE?
  19. It could be one or more mods that cause the crashing. I would try removing them one by one and trying the game after each mod to figure out which is the culprit.
  20. I don't think you can force a callout on 1.0
  21. I think this might help, wouldn't hurt to try. 1. Go to your gtaiv directory and create a text document named "commandline" 2. Add the following into the text document: -novblank -norestrictions -percentvidmem 100 -novsync -frameLimit 0 -nomemrestrict Hope it fixes the issue! The issue might also be the amount of RAM. Not sure.
  22. What do you mean you can't save without signing into live? The game has a singleplayer mode and multiplayer mode. The LCPDFR you are attempting to install is for singleplayer right? If so, then you have no use for windows live. If you want to stop windows live from appearing, use xlive.dll by dragging it into your gtaiv directory. xlive.dll is provided by the manual installation of LCPDFR 1.0. It should be in the folder named "LCPDFR Install (ASI loaders)" There is no need for saying hello every few posts. You will get help when people have time.
  23. Should I reinstall LCPDFR manually or do you suggest something else?
