Do we need ELS 7 for this? Because I'm using ELS 6. V7 crashes at Main menu. None of these methods worked :( still the same as the screenshot I uploaded. But... there was this LAPD car skin mod that i tested and it worked. For that mod I put all the files in vehicle.img. Dont know why this mod doesn't work with me.

I downloaded NB's mod and I'm running gta version 1.0.7.0. When I launch the game and start lcpdfr, I pick my cars and there are no decorations on the police car at all. It's a completely black car with no lights either. What should I do? Before I downloaded this mod all was working fine. I've tried reinstalling the mod no luck.

Hello, I've been having around 10~15 fps in GTA IV. I've tried using contig to boost up my fps and it raised it up to around 16~20. What would be a good commandline for me to use in order to bring the fps around 20~25ish. Anything that brings it up would be great! Here are my specs. By the way i forgot to let you know, I got a cracked version of gta 4 and got it to work. But, I couldn't patch it without any errors occurring. I'm getting specs AS soon as I can. No mods, yes I'm running as admin. How do I find specs? I'm planning on installing LCPDFR once gta 4 is working normally without mods.

Hello, I recently bought GTA IV for PC and I installed it with no problems at all. Then, when I launch the game, it shows a box saying "gta IV has stopped working windows is looking for a solution" and doesn't allow me to play. You may ask me to update to latest patch (1.0.7.0 English) but if I do so, WS10 fatal error will pop up. I looked in forums on how to fix WS10 and then TEXP70 error pops up. What should I do? Any methods on installing with no sh*t happening in between? I mean, I BOUGHT The game and I still have to stress out about figuring out the installation. It's really irritating, please understand that I'm really pissed about having to "figure" out how to install something. They release a game, it should be quick n easy to install. I'm using windows 7 intel 3 Please help. Thanks.
