    This car was a request that was brought to my attention. He doesn't mind if the car is publicly released.



    Model is Ford Crown Victoria from Driver SF, converted to GTA IV by F5544, modified by KevinDV and Cj24, 09 cvpi rim Made, converted & textured to GTA IV by Bxbugs123, Template made by Cj24, Mapped by Tim98, Whelen Talon Modeled & converted for GTA IV by Bxbugs123; Textures by Bxbugs123 & Lt.Caine, Console was made by PFCBarefoot

    I have been using this similar setup in the vehicles I assemble. The video shows the light bar in action. My scratch making isn't wonderful as of right now, but feel free to comment below.
