Tried that as well. The windows were really tinted. More tinted then you see in my video. I did a slicktop cvpi with the same tint as the video and the els lights show right through it.

Can someone please make me an unlocked 2014 Ford Fusion so I could add equipment to it? I did try the scratch method and failed horribly at doing so.

They are civilian models and most of the readme's are like Èíñòðóêöèÿ ïî óñòàíîâêå àâòîìîáèëåé â GTA 4.

misc_c is the light bar.

There is a few els ones to select. The duplicate ones are the L0's & L1's.

Any kind of pack as long as that light bar is on the vehicles? Please delete my post.

If I were to find other unlocked vehicle models that are not in this would I be able to upload them on this site as a police vehicle and give proper credits even if I can't contact the person who modeled the vehicle for the permission to add equipment to the vehicle?

Yes. I even replaced the windscreen_r's with another ford taurus thinking that the window was made wrong and still didn't work.

Here is my hierarchy.

I put my els lighting equiptment in the back window of this taurus, but when I get into game, the lights don't show through the glass. I even re-mapped the glass to clear. After I shoot the glass, I can see the els lights.

This is what I have so far. I also re-release evan's explorer where the textures don't disappear. It should have been put in the developer section. After I did this one, I got it to look like what you wanted, but when I tested it out in game, the rim was 98% black with a hint of chrome in the center.

Your handling is probably default from your game. What is the error for when your game crashes or is it the normal crash of "GTA 4 has stopped working" ?

When I add a car model in the police4 spot, I can spawn it but it has no wheels. Then I add the handling.dat, vehicles.ide, vehoff.csv & carcols.dat files, I get the normal "grand theft auto 4 has stopped responding". We have had vehicles in that slot before, but we were using ELSv7, but that can't be the reason why it's not working. The "Other support topics: General gta ic support" link at the top of my screen doesn't work.

Well I'm making some progress with that tutorial and your other posts trewq34. I knew about the L0, L1 & [COL] already. It won't let me click "choose files..." so:

I realize that my wft list doesn't have many L1's because I haven't done them yet.

I am converting a car from forza 3 to gta 4. When I got to a part where I could test the vehicle in the game, the attached picture is the result. Anything related to the body disappears, same with the rims. Zmodeler didn't give me any errors at the bottom. The game didn't RC20 or give me errors which I guess is a good thing. I tried making a template for the body related things and that didn't work. I would really appreciate some help.
