Iv seen it hapen all over the place, And think its not a bad ider. To have the flashlight in your hand waveing it to pull over, Is it possible? Would look good in game.

Being able to pull over vehicles while on foot would be good feature, For the other cars who run you down while doing a trafic stop.

I want to try puting my own in on 0.91 till 0.95 comes out. I seen on youtube were a car was stolen and the scanner discribed the colour and make ov car, It automaticly reports what's going on in the game world, then dynamicly creates a matching sentence to broadcast.Any tips on how to do this?

I have opend the radio scanner in sparkIV and found loads of police radio chatting about diffrent crimes and meny other things, Loads that i haven't even herd in the game before. I have made a new chatter reporting a Street Robbery. How can i add that to the game? Like when a report ov a mugging comes in, How can i get it to play when that mission comes up? Can it be done?

I just tryed arresting a pritcher for, Anti social behaviour in a public place at 2:15am, And his shoes must be glued to the floor because he definitely wasnt getin in my car, He even got a good beating to show him whos boss but still refused, So i slaped him with a $100 fine, and a ambulance come flying down the pathway and took him right out, He had loads ov cash so i took it along with the fine and went away quietly to get some chicken, Then resume patrol agen. Thats what i like about this game, You never no whats guner hapen.

Take Vehicle Conversion Pack out and you will see the diffrance pal. Modeled cars you pun into the game use more memory. This should help.

I had same problem for long time. I reinstalled and didnt add any civilianl cars, I only added the police cars only and it works like a dream now.

When you use the alt+i key to select your radio, and i key to talk, It would be good to have a unit respond each time you select the i key, and for that unit to stay put and not drive off till you drive off or push the i key again.
