Okay very simple...I cant patrol in other cities other than the one you spawn in and the one up from that (regular gta 4) or else the map will start despawning.. help! this was from the start, So its not mods

Hello! I have a slow GTA 4, I have els, lcpdfr, and that's is right now including sound mods, uniforms, and cars. I have a booster and have even cleaned up my files..my game runs good on lowest settings but when I try to play multiplayer it says my pc is running to slow..i have tried many things any other ideas. Something unusual or making me able to play online? And SIMPLE NATIVE TRAINER.

Recently I have redone my desk and on the bottom of the draws are old news papers...im looking for someone to make a interesting new paper looking article (looks like its from a new paper) but it cant be short...like a news report about something that happened in lcpdfr while you were in game...Also maybe a wanted picture in the side :P
