I installed the newest patch and than the LCPDFR mod, and this message dissapeared, but now, when I run the GTA IV it's not starting loading. It show me the message: "Loading failed. yes it is! But I had to install a patch to run it without lag after lag :/

Hi! I installed the LCPD mod to my GTA IV and I can't run it now! It stops and show me, that "GTA IV stopped working" while loading the game. I don't have other mods, only the 100% save and a patch. I checked the solution from another topic and pasted the "ScriptHook" but it's not fix the problem. I also running the game as an admin. Regards!
