Yes, I did. The diagnostics tool identified that the .NET Framework 4.5 was not found. This is odd, because I have installed .NET Framework 4.5.2. I am currently removing .NET Framework, and will install the earlier 4.5 to see if there is a difference. I have reviewed all other threads related to this issue and none of the solutions have worked so far. All C++ and .NET stuff is up to date, and I have done a uninstall of the game. Reinstalled the game, installed the LCPD:FR 1.0b auto installer extracted and ran in admin mode. Below are copies of various logs. I appreciate any help I can get.
