  1. Annd can't launch game because it automatically updated, guess gotta wait for SHV and RPH to update before I can test.
  2. No, I originally utilized those files from other vehicles I had downloaded, when I reverted to the vanilla files the vehicle would crash the game when loaded.
  3. I doubt it, I feel like there was something within the meta or carvariations that made the vehicle work.
  4. I had installed it into one of the patchday folders, I had no issues until I reverted to unmodified carvariations and vehicle metas since people were saying it was causing their games to crash and sure enough I ended up having the same issue.
  5. So a while back I had made a Tahoe model and utilized it in the Sheriff 2 slot, issue was that it would immediately cause game crash when spawning for other users. I realized I had not included a carvariations or vehicles.meta and confirmed it was one of those two causing the crash. I gave up on it due to lack of support when I originally asked for assistance, so I will try again. Which ones do I need to modify and how do I modify them to get the vehicle working in the Sheriff 2 slot? Also yes, this is an ELS model. The crash error was "err_failure_str3" too.

  7. Yup mine is blank like that as well. I had it working yesterday but had an older mods folder with an edited carvariations and vehiclesmeta, but it was so old that I had forgotten what I had changed for it so I believe that's the cause, but I'm unsure of what I need to do now to get it work with the proper vehiclesmeta and/or carvariations.
  8. Its a generic err_failure_str3 or something like that, or fatal error. Also where am I going into properties at?
  9. Recently just created a Tahoe model that utilizes the Sheriff2 slot, and it causes my game to crash. I believe its due to the carvariations or vehicles meta not being correct as it worked before I update my mod folder which had a modified car variations and vehicles meta, but now I'm unsure of where it's going wrong and what I need to do or change in those files to make it work. Can anyone help me out?
  10. Got something new being finished up. Need to change the back of the bar to be secondary only, add antennas and interior details as well as change up some of my skins too.
  11. You should be able to change it when selecting the vehicle when you first enter a station. I'm not sure how to enable color switching
  12. In your mods folder go to update->x64->dlcpacks->patchday9ng and replace the police4.yft, police4_hi.yft, and police4.ytd with the ones included
  13. Not on this model, that's the original modeler not me.
  14. You should be able to just overwrite the _hi.yft you want to use the slot in IIRC.

  19. So I'm finishing up a Charger and noticed after I added a traffic advisor that my extra_9 stays on solid and also doesn't appear in the ELS control panel either, extra_7 and 8 work fine. Here's my hierarchy

So after I had applied the GTA V generic lights_lightsemissive from the materials list to my ELS extras, upon exporting my model the extras disappear when I open it in OpenIV as well as in game. Before I did this they were working just fine, but weren't bright because they were just standard textures, not emissive. Can anyone help me out?
  21. When I do that the lens becomes fully clear instead of colored like it should be.
