I did not understand why people download new police vehicles that usually stops working for them?

So if I now download a new police vehicles and ELS and I will play single game will work without it stops working?

I wanted to ask you if the game stops working when you install ELS or new police vehicles. Because when I install ELS or new police vehicles so the game always stops working. How can I fix it already that has been fed to re-enter every time and start all over again. I play online with friends and each time the game stops working after a while.
