Hello, I haven't used OpenIV for awhile. I recently installed it and it keeps closing itself after a few minutes OpenIV is opened. When I try to reopen it, it says Another program is using this file. I tried reinstalling it, restarting (restarting makes it think that it can't run on my PC error, but my PC is 64 bit). Copied from my gta forums thread. If there is any temporary replacement, pleace tell me. Edit: Tried allowing it on firewall, didn't work. Edit 2: Found a solution. It was actually malware that was causing it. I fixed it.
