I have the same error, Spotlight is installed but the plugin cannot find it and crashes

Since the last update every time I try to open the Ped Database on the computer the screen freezes. But if I press the Esc button the Pause menu appears. Any idea?

Daamn, are you using any type of Dispatch mod? What are those windows behind the Ped Database? Looks awesome Love this mod!! The only thing I miss is that the game pauses when you open the police computer, so you don't activate sirens and other things in the vehicle when you type

Any idea why the speed stucks at 5 mph?
