    Hi all, I have installed everything from a fresh copy of the game. When I jump in a vehicle and turn the lights on they move insanely quickly - quicker than normal making them look like they are not flashing, but when I get out the vehicle the lights look totally normal and how they should be. Any ideas? Appreciate the help, Jamie
