Hi there, I just bought GTA IV but i didn't purchase EFLC. I installed the game and then i came to this site and downloaded the most up to date version of LCPDFR. I installed that with no problems, but now when ever i try to open the game to play i get this error: Exception EFCreateError in module DSOUND.dll at 000116c5. Cannot create fil "C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVasilog.txt" . Access is denied. and then when i close that error, i get this one: The application was unable to start correctly(0x0000142). Click OK to close the application. And yes, i run everything on administrator and still get the same results. I was thinking maybe it has something to do with me not having EFLC installed.. ? +Rep to anyone that can help me out .
