    I'm having the same issue, the text box displaying charges is simply not wide enough, so the complete text can't be shown.

    Got the same problem, but with EFLC. Installation Directory: D:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto IV - Episodes From Liberty City. Yes, i bocked the "Check EFLC" box. Ran it again and it worked.
