    Downloaded C++ Redist but already had it installed; Tried repairing C++ Redist in case there was something wrong, but still crashes. I've also tried LCPDFR without any trainers...with the same crash.

    I don't understand what your asking. I have version 1.0.6.0 of GTA IV. Version 4 of .NET Framework. I'm not sure about C++ but will look into it.
