My gta 4 games seems to be f*cked up beyond repair. I've reinstalled it about 10 times and tried every solution I could find but it's just full of glitches. Should I just make a new steam account and buy another gta 4? Would this solve my problem or would it just be the same s reinstalling? Thanks

So a lot of cars I download come with files called handling.dat and vehicles.ide and i'm guessing they affect the handling and physics of the car. Just want to know how to use these files?

So I use an xbox 360 controller when playing gta since it feels more comfortable for me. I need help using ELS 7 with it though. I have xpadder and I've been fiddling around with the buttons but nothing seems to work right. Does anyone have a control scheme that works well? Thanks
