that's how loud I want the radio, but I want the regular in game radio louder. Not the police radio from outside the game.

I tried everything. I don't think there's a way to modify what FX you can adjust. Would be great if I can get it louder.

I know you can listen to the police radio in the police car, but it's not loud enough for you to hear when driving down the street, or anything. Is there a script that I can download to make me hear the police radio when driving down the street?
