My Name is Delvin Caples i'm the Co-founder of a community Called LCDPS (Liberty County Department of Public Saftey)

i started my LCPDFR Career Roughly around the end of the 2013 summer after i finished my career on APB Reloaded i also meet a few friends on the way of that who have helped me get to were i'am today, if it wasn't for them i don't know where i would be.
