Hello, My RAGE Plugin Hook only works when I either, a) Restart my computer and run it first thing after startup or b) Disable the DirectX hook into the game through the RPH settings. So if I close it and start it again a few minutes after restarting my computer, it won't work. The only way it will work is when I first startup my computer and start it. Also, disabling the DirectX hook will start it up, but that disables all of the GUI functions of LSPDFR and RPH and isn't ideal. Thanks in advance.

I followed the steps in the video and the installer said the installation has successful, but now when I try to open GTA just comes up with a Command Prompt and then another windows comes up saying, "Grand Theft Auto IV has stopped working" and below that says, "Windows is finding a solution to this problem" It's solution just says to close the program...
