  1. ELS v6 and v7

    VIPERSSL10 posted a topic in GTA IV Discussion & Media
    I really need someone to answer this. So today I got lcpdfr and I got a new siren and new cars but I cant seem to get ELS to work. ive tried v6 and v7 but they still both don't work. I have spark IV and I have my own gta directory and ive watched at least 15 Youtube videos on how to do it. Can somebody tell me what to do or what I could possibly be doing wrong. Thanks in advance
