    did u do a diagnostic log? deleted every mod and script ? when you uninstall every file of gta then redownload the game from steam Do Not put in any mods yet then start the game did u delete the saved games?

    Go to steam right click then click propities then click local tab then verfiy files then after it does that it should download what u need then it should work
