It doesn't matter AT ALL. I've had enough experience with IV to know that it doesn't matter. To answer your question, however. Most of the time I am hosting a game. It doesn't work either way.

When I add a police vehicle to a non-police slot in multiplayer only the lights work, not the siren. Would there be any way of also getting the sirens to work. Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this... I am having a problem with Game4Video ENB. For some reason if the weather is on anything other than Extra Sunny 2, The screen is completely black.
