Found the GTXD.img x64g.rpf levels gta5 I might take export some texts for GTA IV

Yeah they look much better now :D - I also increased the saturation on the lights in the lights_emiss.png with GIMP so they're more better looking!

See that's what I'm looking for. Deep rich reds and blues. I'm gonna try CJ's cars to see if it's the cars.

What I do is make backup of original files and after I switch to another ENB, I remove the files in the main GTA IV folder and then replace the overwritten files with the originals.

It could be the cars. Such as the transparency of the glass and the lights_emission textures. I'll try Cj24's LAPD MX7000 and see how that looks.

I tried the up to version 1.02. Didn't know he made an update couple months ago. I'll check it out.

A lot of ENB's I have been using, the reds and blues look almost white. The only two ENB's I've come across that make them actually look somewhat blue and red are Game4Video and Savior but they're still on the whitish side and the skies look really weird in certain weathers and it kinda spoils it for me. ENB's I've tried so far: Cry ENB V2 & V3 DD IV London ENB EyeCandy ENB v6 Game4Video & New Game4Video (Currently using) Savior ENB v3.5 True ELS v1.1 Vision ENB v1 & 1.02 update I'm currently using the LAPD CVPI's by Sgt.Kanyo. Is there anyway I can make the blues more bluer and red more redder?

You know when the cops are coming after you at full speed and you shoot their tires and they spin out? I'd like to see them flip over instead lol. Anybody know which lines I have to edit to do this? I've tried 4 times now and no change.

I meant LSPD oops. I bought it on 360 because it looked awesome. Sold it and bought the One version for the new features, didn't want to wait with all the delays.

Hmmm... I bought it on Xbox 360... Bought it on Xbox One... Now looks like I'm gonna have to buy it on PC! I hope to see an SAPDFR mod this year. I also hope there will be tools to modify weapons, vehicle damage and a trainer! Would be nice if it was as simple as was with GTA IV.

I'm completely mind-fucked right now @ Crossfire's correct guess on the first try... The only details were slick-top, possible white doors, and red/redish color and it wasn't even red.

Or a car with the same light set up?

After installing the 1.0d hotfix, the configuration tool is gone. I re-installed LCPDFR and it appeared but then it disappeared again. Anyone know what the problem is? Just found out that Bitdefender keeps deleting it and says that the file is infected. Every time I recover the file Bitdefender removes it. It didn't do this before in the previous versions of LCPDFR Edit: Fixed. No need for support anymore.

No I don't know that but what I do know was he had nothing in his hands and they were up. If he had quickly put his arm in his jacket or in his pants then I could see why the officer fired multiple rounds into the guy but the fact is he had his hands up. It's clear this officer had a huge adrenaline rush, panicked and shot the guy.

I watched the part of him stepping out many times now and it's the lights reflecting off his hand. He never points anything at the officer.

Look I get where you're going with this, and no I wouldn't get out. How I see this and how you see it are completely different. The cop had the guys gun already. The guy got out with his hands up even though he was told not to, but I believe he should not have shot him so quick, especially 6 times. The adrenaline rush got to him

He still had his hands up. I saw it. He did retrieve his gun. The cop had two guns in his hand.
