I have about 6 mods and some of them wont show up (Followed the read me correctly) in ragehook, seems like no matter where i move them or try to fix it, it wont load them. Here are the ones that installed: Cruise Control Ped Search Lspdfr Vehicle Search. Ones that didnt "install" or no showing up in plugins at all are: Safer Chases, Police radio, Arrest Manager, SpeedRadar. I have no idea what is wrong. Is there a mod loader? Like skyrims nexus mod manager where you can download them and install them automatically?

Hey guys i was wondering where i can find a terrain program for gta v to start modding North Yankton, any suggestions would be great! i was going to open up north yankton and add on to what they have, and fix bugs and what not.

Hey guys, im wondering if there is a terrain editor or a program like in gta iv (Route 66) to make or edit current terrain (For my project that ill be working on link : http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/52087-north-yankton-town-idea/#comment-348918) i will also be scripting as well but ill need some help :), does any one know of a program to make or edit land and add buildings as well! please let me know!

True, i know everyone is busy but it is a suggestion for later as a side project; i am will and able to help on it as well.

Hey guys, im thinking of using part of North Yank Town as part of the LSPDFR (In other case it would be actually NYPD (north yankton)) but you could choose to spawn (Or Fly There) in there and patrol the city. You will be able to do what you would do in LSPD, and this would be a mod to the mod LSPDFR. Here is my list on what my idea is going to be and feel free to post yours! I am also looking for some help as well. -Expanded, adding onto North Yankton. -Make it more of a country area (With less cars than LS) -Having more cars in a big city -Create a major city in the middle or lower right side of the map -New vehicle's -Will need help with coding (I know some scripting) -Custom the heli's for winter -Temperature putting a tole on your character (If he/she isnt wearing the right clothes) will include NPC's -NPC's will dress for the weather -Snow storm (Alot more snow then the weather cheat) -Visibility varies on the weather.
