I have gone through what you must try before posting and and tried a diagnostics report but after pressing "Start" it crashes. I do not understand why both GTA IV and the diagnostics report crash when both are opened. This is what's showing after the diagnostics crashes: UPDATE: Diagnostics is running and says I am missing "GTA ASI Loader". Where can i install this and how?
