Make sure you're not actually pressing "Go off duty". That unloads the plugin. Just enter the police station and exit and that will make you go off duty while plugin loaded. It's only open at certain times I think. I went at 6AM and it was empty, fast forwarded to 10AM and I could buy vehicles.

Is there any way to lower the chance of finding illegal items? Every time I search a vehicle I find about 4 different red items. Although I am using another mod that adds more items to find.
