Did you follow the steps below? From the rage plugin hook forum: If you're having trouble starting RAGE Plugin Hook here's a list of things you should try before posting a new thread. After each step, try to launch RAGEPluginHook.exe again. Kill Fraps.Right click all .exe and .dll files that comes with RAGE Plugin Hook, click Properties, then click the Unblock button.Run RAGEPluginHook.exe as Administrator (Right click > Run as Administrator).Uninstall any other mods that comes with .dll or .exe files (All, or one by one, to identify which one is causing a conflict). IMPORTANT NOTICE ON USER ACCOUNT CONTROL If you have UAC (User Account Control) activated it will interfere with the launch of the game. (UAC is the popups you get, where the background tints and Windows asks you to answer Yes or No). The solution is to either disable UAC (Which is not a problem if you have a proper anti-virus (If you don't, I'd recommend Avast)). If you don't want to disable UAC for whatever reason, you'll have to run the game manually, as admin (Right click GTAVLauncher.exe (for Steam version) or PlayGTAV.exe (for the retail version) > "Run as Administrator". Then once the game has booted (when the Rockstar logos are playing, or any later point), run RAGEPluginHook.exe as admin (Right click > "Run as Administrator").

I guess as soons as LSPDFR is released there will be a support section here for it where everybody can request support.

How did you fix it? I guess 30 min to one hour is considered as "stable" regarding GTA IV's overall stability.

I guess this maintenance has something to do with LSPDFR? Might this be the overhaul of the LSPDFR "section" in this forum? Correct me if I am wrong but I remember that it was mentioned that the LSPDFR section will look like the LCPDFR section. With support and LSPDFR related stuff. Just an uneducated guess

As far as I know LSPDFR is developed on a vanilla copy of the game. Any further mods are not "officially" supported.

I think it's quite funny. Reminds me of the LCPDFR 1.0 release. Some people got really crazy and tried to explain desperately that there is a countdown :-D
