So while watching @Jeff Favignano , @Bayareabuggs , and DK Daves Video of DOJ recently an episode that had me rollin was them driving around in the prison bus as a Yellow Jac party bus and had mention how it would be nice to paint it ( My other template pack has that bus uv map with a template  and anyone is welcome to use it https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/air-port-service-and-service-vehicles-template-pack ).
 
But that got me thinking on another topic as well. There isn't any Party Bus's (That I know of Anyways) uploaded for mod downloading. So I decided to see if it was something I could even remotely try to tackle using just Rockstar pieces off the LST bus and to my surprise, I was able to take the LST Bus and transform it into a Party Bus inside and out (Yea Crazy Idea I know lol).
 
So Today I bring you the LST Bus however it has been transformed into a Party Bus for those looking to throw a party with all there friends (And don't worry the beer's on ice already ;) ).

Pros:
-UNLOCKED USE IT AS YOU WISH!
-Multi-Livery Ready already in case you want multiple paint jobs (Except glass). Just need to apply the correct CarVariation settings for it (FLAGS).
-UV Map Windows and Paint (Sorry if its a bad job on the windows as this was a first for me).
-Template provided for UV Mapping of Paint
-Template provided for UV Mapping of Glass
-Party Bus interior with working seats (You sit the way your facing like you should. Just offload from the bus weird due to making this right) and lights.
-LODS

-Stripper Pole doesn't work (Yea I know bummer right? lol)
-Glass does not break (I think its just a setting I have to adjust on the material as I didn't use the bus_hi model or original glass material). If you know please feel free to share and I'll upload with a fix.

Today I present you the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department EUP Pack, dedicated to the largest sheriff department in the world.
With this pack, you can feel the real experience of joining the LASD, any division you want, from regular police to SWAT, from K9 to air unit. Yay, everything you want.
 
 
Of course, to use this pack you need these:
 
READ CAREFULLY: I want to point out that the agency I made this pack for, in real life, has a badge on the uniforms which is different from the one I made the textures for. LASD badge here is 7-point star shaped, but in real life it's 6-point star shaped. I guess people from LA County and SoCal LE enthusiasts already know this. It's because different textures from different agencies share the same badge model (this one you see in the pics). Consequently, there's no separate slot for a 6-point star badge, and furthermore there's no 6-point star badge featured in EUP, nor GTA V agencies in general.
If EUP Staff will release a version with a separated badge model (6-point star), I'll make sure this pack will be even more close to real life.

Tired of LSPD, SAHP, and BCSO skins? I was too, so I bring to you a new skin pack for the law enforcement authority for the Vespucci Beach subdivision of Los Santos: Vespucci Beach Police! I hope you all enjoy using these as much as I enjoyed making them.
 
These are for the 6 models from BradM's BCSO pack.
 
This is a fictional skin for a fictional Department, because I really wanted to do something outside the box from a traditional              LSPD, SAHP, BCSO or LSSD skin.
It is very loosely based off the generic old-school design a few NH and MA departments use. You may not reupload these skins, edited or unedited,  to this (LCPDFR.com) or any other site.

Bugs:
For some reason between the edges of the door on the B-Pillar, there is a little black spot on both sides of the tahoe. I believe this is just caused by part of the texture mapping. It's barely noticeable, however.

TINT BUG? Go into the vehicle.meta and find the 'diffusetint' line for the particular model (SHERIFF2, SHERIFF, POLICE, etc). Replace that value with <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />  ... Or simply change the tint in game with a native trainer If your Impala is flipping try a different handling line. I have had luck with POLICE3 and FUGITIVE If you are changing the liveries YOU MUST change the textures in both the normal .ytd and the +hi.ytd ... if you just change it in one or the other the liveries will be different at different distances. If you don't like something about the lighting patterns, speeds, light stages or anything related to ELS chances are you can change it! Don't complain to me about it. ELS is extremely customizable. Check out the ELS user documentation, please don't ask me. All the info you need is in there.  If you notice a bug or mistake (which I most likely have made a few) please let me know, and I'll try to fix it in the next update. It could be an easy or quick fix.  
 

This is a highly requested skin for different vehicles, converted to fit TAHOE PPV, FPIU, and CVPI added rear reflective stripes because i like strips.  4k skin requested by @iGoDPrince

Here are two license plates I made, one for Mt. Chiliad State Park, and the other for Senora National Park.
There are instructions in the file to change the license plate font color to white if you want. Personally, I designed it with white text in mind, but it's up to you!

Decided to make this for my taxi model to add some more realism to the game and the overall feel in the car (Lets face it, Cab drivers don't know everywhere in town). It's not in the best model but it was all made in Zmodeler so it wasn't exactly easy to make as well. I know some touch ups could be made but they don't bother me as much.

Hey guys this is something I whipped up really quick. You may remember I did a DEMO vehicle texture for the Caprice PPV, I've decided to go up a step with the Ford Police Interceptor Sedan DEMO Texture. This texture are used on the FPIS when law enforcement tests them out, Ford tries to make it sleek and modern. The texture I made has two variants. One with brackets and the other Ford plates. Vehicle is meant for TwistedScopes Miami Police Pack, link is below. The one I used was his detective steelies version. Quick side note it fits all the Ford Police Sedan Interceptors (Taurus) in the pack. Like always I really do hope you enjoy my textures, yes I know they were simple but I decided to do it anyway. This is a texture for the 2013 ST Tahoe by Gump/OfficerUnderwood. 
 
INSTALLATION:
1. Make sure you have the model installed already (You need to change the 'noose4' in the yft,ytd, and _hi.yft and the XML file to another model, I would recommend the fbi2 slot).
2. While in OpenIV, in the DLC pack that you installed the model in, double click on fbi2.ytd (Make sure edit mode is enabled)
3. Scroll down until you find tahoe_sign_1 or 2, and click 'replace' in the top right corner of the window.
4. Select the png file that you downloaded, and click save in the bottom right.
5. Load up GTA V and you should be good to go!

So the first ever model I made was a request for a User on LSPDFR to make an LAPD Version of the Karin Dilettante. Today I bring to you the New and Improved ELS Version of the Karin Dilettante2 for Security Use (Or Parking Enforcement if you want Hints the Computer Screen)(Or you can use it in another vehicle slot if you want) at the request of a different user looking for an ELS version. Sorry for the low quality pictures my in game button is disable for key mapping and I can only take a screenshot of my screen so it looks not as good (Feel free to take pics and with your permission I'll replace mine crediting you)

*Note*I remade the template from scratch for the new model. I've come a long way in learning how to UV Map models and create templates and just making models in general goes from then until now so I wanted to start fresh with the best I could provide for the community.
 
*Note* Feel free to create your own unique (And Probably Better) Paint Jobs for this vehicle using the template provided. Also feel free to change the computer screen image to whatever you want (Just match the size and it should work correctly) and upload your YTD file. Please however link people in your upload to this file for the download of the model.

-ELS Lights
-Extra Rambar (Have to setup the variations for Extra)
-Multi-Livery Setup (Again Have to setup the variations for Extra Liveries)
-Template so you can create your own paint jobs for the model
-Steering Wheel working (I mean its a Rockstar Model so it didn't take any effort on my part)
-Breakable Glass
-Material setup so when you crash into something it doesn't spawn another model
-LODS (I kept it for just the body and chassis to keep the poly count low so it may look funny far away).

-ELS Setting (This is only setup so the env. shows only Amber lighting. Adjust to your liking)

Installation:

ELS goes into your ELS folder with your other ELS XML Files.

Hello Everyone,
 
So the first ever model I made was a request for a User on LSPDFR to make an LAPD Version of the Karin Dilettante. Today I bring to you the New and Improved ELS Version of the Karin Dilettante2 for Security Use (Or Parking Enforcement if you want Hints the Computer Screen)(Or you can use it in another vehicle slot if you want) at the request of a different user looking for an ELS version. Sorry for the low quality pictures my in game button is disable for key mapping and I can only take a screenshot of my screen so it looks not as good (Feel free to take pics and with your permission I'll replace mine crediting you)

Hello LSPDFR Community!
I am sorry I haven't done much in the last 3 weeks, but due to Family and Life issues, I have had to put all of this on hold, Now I should be able to continue my work!
