Any other mods that could interfere? How are you starting the game, through a shortcut or from your down loader? (Direct2Drive, Steam ect...) Maybe something went bad with the download, try re downloading the installer... I can not think of anything that has not already been said.

yes. If you are using the newest version of LCPDFR (RC2) (the green bar at the top of the page) and dowlnoad it correctly, a new icon will pop up on your desktop. Run that. If it all works open launchGTAIV.exe as administrator. Press alt+p in game. enjoy.
