okay istalation succesful however when i start up the game and hit ALT P it just goes from blury to clear did i put it in the wrong place?

if i just downloaded EFLC from steam does it have 1.1.2.0 already installed because when i try and download LCPDFR it says download failed

i don't know why you want to buy it in a store, steam has EFLC and GTA IV on sale for 4.99 and its easier to use steam because a lot of peoples help videos they have steam folder so its easier to follow along, i suggest EFLC because it is more modern and the quality is a little better.
