  1. Does anything come up when you press control m?
  2. Yep, when you press shift behind a car it will either pull over or start running. If a red arrow appears over the car when you press shift then he's running. When he pulls over just park behind the car and instructions will appear on screen.
  3. You can make a traffic stop by pressing shift when behind a car.
  4. You can learn how to do anything through youtube. That's what I did. Just download lcpdfr from this site and double click it to install. (if it ask you to choose a program to run with then open it with 7-zip file manager and double click the file labeleld MergedInstaller.exe) Make sure you have GTA IV installed to your computer before doing this.
  5. Not sure, those were the only pictures of the cars I could find and we don't use that design anymore so I can't take my own.
  6. The cars in my town (Crowley) don't have rambars on them. This model is an exact copy of the actual cars. Looks great by the way thanks again for making it.

  8. Could you please do this skin for me? I don't want the k-9 markings on it if you do it. The license plate says public along the left side and please place 88 as the unit number on the lefts side of the back bumper. Here's the ribbon for the c-post:
  9. Just open it with 7-zip file manager and double click the file labeled MergedInstaller.exe to start the install. I had the same problem.

  11. I don't actually. I found a tahoe but I'm still in need of a CVPI with all blue.
  12. I'm looking for a "christmas tree" of a car with all blue lights (except the traffic advisor if there's one on the car). I need a Tahoe and a Crown Vic. I'm not looking for a certain department or skin, it can have any skin or be unmarked.

  19. I downloaded lcpdfr and when I click it instead of running it it ask me what program I want to open it with. How do I go about actually running it? (I have windows 8) Please help asap.
