Attached is my RPH log file. LSPD First Response.dll, Clear the Way, and EUP Menu always loaded in fine using RPH, and usually once in-game I'd use F4 and Force Duty to begin my game. RPH is not crashing however its now not allowing me to go On Duty. This time I loaded in GTA V, then tried manually loading it LSPD First Response plugin and still to no avail cannot get it to go on duty whether its driving to the police station or trying to force duty. From what I can understand is its Callout Interface which I havent installed and deleted any plugins that needed it.

You're missing CalloutInterfaceAPI:
[6/6/2023 3:11:56 PM.572] LSPD First Response: Exception message: Could not load file or assembly 'CalloutInterfaceAPI, Version=1.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

It should have been in the Super Callouts update you downloaded.  
You can also get it here:  https://github.com/Immersive-Plugins-Team/CalloutInterfaceAPI/releases/tag/1.0.3

It goes in your Grand Theft Auto V folder.

You don't need to use Callout Interface itself.

From what I understand basically any plugin that supports the new Callout Interface update such as Super Callouts has to be removed? The CalloutInterfaceAPI and RawCanvasUI.dll that's also included were never a mandatory download as part of LSPDFR in the main GTA V directory, as to the solution why my game suddenly quit working.

They don't need to be removed, you just need to put the CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll in your Grand Theft Auto V folder.  It won't hurt anything.  If you have that file, the plugins will work fine regardless of whether or not you have Callout Interface installed.

The point of the API is precisely so that callouts can work with OR without Callout Interface.
