This is my first dedicated project I am working on. It is a Spokane County Sheriff/Spokane Valley Police Slicktop CVPI. (Read history information below to understand why its 2 departments). I do not have a planned release date, but keep looking on my Profile Feed for updates on it. I plan on releasing it when its around 90% done, main focus that it is stable in game, no game crashes and game errors, els working to my liking. Then it will be updated from there, but will not give examples of my plans until it is released. >---History of Spokane County Sheriff and Spokane Valley Police---< The Spokane County Sheriff's Office is a unique type of police. In 2003, Spokane Valley incorporated as a city, becoming Washington's 8th largest city. Since being a new city, Spokane Valley had many objectives they needed to full-fill in order to become an "official" city. One of these objectives was a police force. Spokane Valley had around a $3.69 million dollar budget to work with (a loan, thus they had to pay back in 3 years). Therefore, they had to save as much money as possible in order to pay for other needed stuff for other objectives. In that same year, Spokane Valley contracted the Spokane County Sheriff's Office to be the law enforcement in the new city. The city bought their own police cars (following the same exact lights and placement as Spokane County's) and police equipment, but the Spokane County Sheriff's Office provided the officers the city needed. While the officers uniforms are different (officers patrolling outside city limits wear light brown shirt and dark green pants, while officers patrolling inside the city limits wear a black jumpsuit) they both still have one (1) thing in common, that being both uniforms still say Sheriff.

Glad to see someone else is from Spokane too! Though I am in Spokane Valley, you may be in Spokane, but they are pretty much the same :) The Spokane police cars are a bit different then Spokane Valley police, but I do plan on designing cars for both. And yes, I do plan on doing the explorer and taurus, as I have gotten lucky enough to see the inside of both. -

Hope you all enjoy the skin I made. The original out-come of the skin was to be a USCG skin but I allowed the AST clan to use it and that is when Johnson changed the back from USCG to Diver. USCG version coming soon. But that is what the uniform is based off of. The text was changed from USCG to DIVER for AST clan purpose. Important Information: I (Canine Gaming) am the full owner and designer of this skin (With credit to Johnson for text change and credit to GTA Staff for the model). AST clan does not own any right's to the skin but does have permission to use it in their clan. Therefore I am allowed to do what I please with it, which I am giving it to the public to use since I am no longer in AST Clan. ___________________________________________ Credit goes to Canine Gaming for making the entire skin. Go back to your program and add the 3 files that are inside the Uniform Folder into your program. Helmet- Use Spark Iv or Open Iv (Must know how to use one program, look on the internet if you do not know how to use either program). Then in either program go to Models->CD Images->Pedprops.img. Then go into the folder you downloaded and take the Helmet Folder out of the zip and place it on your desktop. Go back to your program and add the 2 files that are inside the Helmet Folder into your program.

Hope you all like the skin, this is my first public skin. It is a simple but yet nice looking skin but I hope to make a better looking one soon with different patterns on it.
