    So i have a few issues. 1) ELS will not work. Nothing at all happens. I can not get the panel to come up in game, nor does any of the key binds work. I have read multiple treads and have done pretty much everything. all the lights on the cars stay on all the time. 2) Ragehook Plugin F4 will not display the console. If i could get help that would be great!
  3. The GTA IV game ( purchased not cracked) runs fine if lcpdfr is not installed than once I install lcpdfr it says dsound error. please help me ASAP. thanks. EDIT: update the game loads now, but lcpdfr will no start up.
  4. got all that fixed. new issue, game keeps black screening when trying to rune lcpd or any native trainer mods. also normally game play is black with just outlines of light around objects, update. fixed black screen issue, but once I get in any police car I just added in game, it crashes. help?
  5. unistaslled, reset computer. deleted all files on computer and started fresh as if I just bought the computer, still wont let me make it non-read only.
  6. I hit edit mode. And I watched that video. Not help full. I get folder open and I can view everything. Can't put anything in it. I do. Still don't work. is this the problem? folder is read only, and I can not read only from the folder

  10. if someone can get the game up and running on my laptop I will pay 5-10$. Ive have messed with this all day and can not get it to start. keep getting different errors.
